Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables (AP/AR)
Experience with QuickBooks and other Accounting Platforms
Generate Invoices based on Scope of Work
Daily Check Deposits
Maintain required business documents
Audit Vendor Invoices
Perform other related duties as may be requested by Manager
Marketing Agency experience a plus

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Strong “QuickBooks online” skills are required
Experience using Stripe, Mello , Paypal , Payoneer and Wise a plus
Type above 45 WPM
Excellent computer skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and internet research preferred
Proficiency in Google sheets, and internet research preferred
